About The Navigate and Accelerate Collective

Program Goal

This initiative addresses a critical gap in the entrepreneurial ecosystem by supporting companies in the $1-5M revenue range—businesses that have outgrown traditional early-stage programs but still require intensive, strategic support to break through to the next level of growth. Through a highly customized, relationship-driven approach, this pilot program aims to cultivate Minnesota's next generation of $50-100M food brands.

About The Navigate and Accelerate Collective: Scaling for Success

The program targets mid-stage, growth-oriented companies with annual revenues between $1 million and $5 million that are ready to scale their operations. Jointly delivered by the Women’s Business Development Center, Naturally Minnesota, and 4 Access Partners, this unique initiative bridges a critical gap for businesses that have outgrown traditional incubators but lack the resources for high-priced consulting. Open to driven entrepreneurs navigating the complex scaling landscape, the program combines bespoke 1-to-1 advisor matching and strategic project execution with collaborative peer learning—all provided entirely pro bono to ensure accessible, high-impact growth.

  • Hoyo, headquartered in Minnesota, is on a mission to share authentic Somali culture through food while providing meaningful employment for local Somali women. The company produces a premium line of convenient, authentic, and delicious frozen sambusas made with high-quality ingredients, bringing traditional East African flavors straight to the freezer aisle.

  • Vikings & Goddesses, based in the Twin Cities, is redefining convenience by bringing bakery-quality artisanal pastries into the home kitchen. Specializing in meticulously crafted, frozen take-and-bake pastries—ranging from flaky croissants to unique sweet and savory treats—they leverage premium local ingredients to deliver a seamless, elevated scratch-baking experience at home.

  • Liam’s (by Safer Plate), headquartered in Minnesota, transforms the frozen aisle for families navigating severe food sensitivities.
